Laurel Oaks participates in the Contract Deputy Program offered by Harris County Precinct 4 Constables. Whether you have an emergency or just want to have the deputies watch your home while you are away on vacation, contact Precinct 4 at 281-376-3472.

At a cost of $91000/year this service offers Laurel Oaks residents direct phone contact with Precinct 4 dispatch for quick response time to calls for help or reports of suspicious activities. This service also allows the privilege of Vacation Watch Service and Special Watches for unusual circumstances, as well as Home Security Inspections. The neighborhood receives round the clock street patrolling and quick response time to calls for help from highly trained deputies.

The deputies are here to serve you so NEVER hesitate to call them. They would rather you call them and it turns out to be nothing than not call them and it turns out to be something.

Crime Prevention Takes Cooperation. Law Enforcement cannot do their job without the community's help. Reports of suspicious activity, persons or vehicles ensure that the police presence in our community is where it is most needed. If you see something, say something.
Watch and Report

In Laurel Oaks, the task of crime prevention is a partnership between the police and the community. Law enforcement cannot do their job without the community's help and our neighborhood crime watch program focuses on strengthening residents; and homeowners' understanding of their role in crime prevention. All residents and homeowners are encouraged to participate actively in our neighborhood watch meetings, training and activities.
